In the summer of 1983, when Gault & Associates, Inc. opened its doors, we supplied the Chattanooga area primarily with marketing, public relations and multi-image (multiple slide projectors) program services. We produced multi-projector extravaganzas for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA), Coca-Cola, Shell Oil, International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), American Red Cross, Pi Beta Phi, Georgia Power and hundreds of other clients. We produced and managed presentations for the World’s Fairs in Knoxville, TN and New Orleans, LA.
EQUIPMENT NEEDS DISCOVERED
Along the way, we found that no one in our region was supplying a full range of audio-visual equipment for rental to corporate, institutional and non-profit clients. So we began to add equipment and services to meet this need.
Gault & Associates, Inc. now has the largest inventory of audio-visual equipment serving East Tennessee, Northern Georgia and Northeast Alabama. We serve not only Chattanooga, but also Nashville, Knoxville, TN as well as all the surrounding communities. We served for 12 years as the Chattanooga Convention Center’s audio-visual vendor. We served 10 years as the exclusive audio-visual vendor for the Knoxville Hyatt and the Knoxville Marriott. We continue to serve the Chattanooga Choo Choo, and Embassy Suites Knoxville West hotels as their exclusive audio-visual vendor.
